    • I suggest starting with 6 sessions and then we can evaluate your progress and future needs to determine what would be most helpful from there.

  9. Why are costs different between the US and other countries?

    • My license is in Colorado, so when working with individuals there, I can offer diagnosis and treatment for specific disorders that I may not be able to provide in certain places outside this location.

  10. Do you offer sliding scale payment options?

    • I believe therapy should be accessible despite financial constraints and offer 4 sliding scale slots to help with this. Email me to find out if this option is currently available.

  11. Do you accept insurance?

    • I only take out-of-pocket payments for sessions and do not bill insurance providers. However, I can provide an invoice for you to submit to your provider, but I cannot guarantee reimbursement.

    • The best way is to schedule an initial session. After you schedule a time that works for you, you will have access to an intake form where you can share more about yourself and what you would like to gain from therapy.
